Opportunities to THRIVE

Church Residency:  Hosting a Church Planter or Staff: Could your church benefit from another staff member? Would your church be interested in developing staff or church planters for future ministry in Utah? We’re currently exploring ways to recruit, train, and release people into ministry.

UNLEASH Utah: Would you like to see your leadership team align behind a clear vision in just one day? You will at this Intentional Churches (IC) growth planning event. You bring 5-6 of your key leaders and work together on clarity of vision. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your leaders will get aligned around a plan for growth (Feb 10, 2018, approx. $299 per church)

Intentional Growth Planning (IGP) & one year of Coaching: You and your church leaders receive up to 150 hours of coaching over a year. Churches using IGP are experiencing clarity, growth, and alignment of leadership, as well as discovering a fresh new vision to reach their community, make more and better disciples, and enhancing their overall ministry experience. Cohorts and partial scholarships are available for Utah churches.

Strategy Meetings & Retreats on Church Multiplication: Loving Utah’s goal is to see church plants move from survive, to thrive to multiply. Let us know if you’d like to be part of a greater conversation on how we can work together to multiply the Kingdom in Utah.

Refuge Retreat: The Refuge offers an opportunity to unplug from Ministry for up to 5 days in the wilderness of northern Idaho. Stay in a beautiful lodge, eat great food, and enjoy many outdoor activities. This retreat is free to pastors. You are only responsible for your flight to Spokane, WA. Tentatively Mid-Late Aug 2018.

Understanding Utah Culture Class & Curriculum: Our team is developing curriculum to help planters, pastors, and team members to engage our culture. There is a possibility for us to offer these classes online, or in learning cohorts.

Regular Regional Network Gatherings (6-10 times annually): Relationship is key to thriving in Utah. We want to be a catalyst to get you connected with others in your area for fellowship, prayer and support. Let us know if you have an open group, or if you want help connecting in your region.

Twice Annual Church Planting Summit: Our goal for each summit is to provide opportunity for relationship, learning, and discovery of how we can be on mission together to multiply churches in Utah.

Equip Lay Ministry Training Day: This is a one-day free event where the leaders and volunteers from your church can receive practical training.

Kingdom Collaboration — Multiple Churches planting together: In pockets across America, churches of all tribes and denominations are joining forces to plant churches together. Let us know if you’d be interested in exploring the possibilities of joining this movement in Utah.

Sustainable Solutions for Worship & Ministry Space: We are exploring ways to develop properties which minister to the community and pay for themselves, that double as ministry space for your church on the weekends and throughout the week. Let us know if you’d like to learn more and connect with those that are making it happen in their churches and communities.

Attending Exponential West (Oct 2-4 2018): Exponential offers an amazing opportunity to discover the cutting edge world of church multiplication. Let us know if you’d be interest in going with a group to Las Angeles. You will be responsible for your own expenses, but we will explore options for housing and traveling as a group.

Access to guest speakers: Would you like a break from preaching, or just having someone from the outside give a boost of encouragement to your congregation? We can help you connect to great communicators to fill your pulpit.
