WHAT IF . . . Loving Utah Summit 10.13.2016

Loving Utah October Summit Thursday Oct 13 8am-2pm The Well Church in Sandy 800 E 9400 S, Sandy, UT 84094.
Hiker on Cliff 2
We can’t wait to be with you in October! First off, we want to give you a chance to pick the topics for upcoming summits. Take 2-3 minutes to fill out the registration, which gives you the opportunity to give us your input. Loving Utah is cranking up the heat! We’ll share a grander vision for what we could all accomplish together and discover how we can serve you and new church planters better.

Our team has been asking the question: WHAT IF Loving Utah transformed from a church-planting network to a MULTIPLYING MOVEMENT?

IF planters had opportunities to build stronger relationships with each other?
IF we joined forces to grow healthy churches?
IF we collaborated more than ever before?
IF we partnered with a residency program that equips planters here in Utah?
IF we created a cultural curriculum, training and experiences that educates planters to overcome and thrive within the Utah culture?
IF together we sought God to do more than we could ask or imagine?

Discover how you can be part of a grander vision!  Come learn from seasoned veterans, pray and believe that together, Loving Utah will become a catalyst for planting multiplying churches in Utah!
Take 2-3 minutes to fill out the registration, which contains a brief survey. (cost: $15 at the door)
See You Soon,

Cities Without Churches

Imagine a city or town in America that doesn’t have a Christian church.  Not a soul who follows Jesus.  No witness of the Gospel. lovingutahlogo3       It seems unimaginable to most Christians in America who can pick and choose the best church to go to in their community.  There are many cities and towns in Utah that have never been penetrated with the good news of Jesus.  Image Most likely our research is incomplete, and there may be other communities that we are unaware of at this time.  But take a look at all the communities without a church.  We’ll keep looking, and we’ll keep praying for God to send leaders to plant churches in these and many other communities.  The reality in the rest of Utah is that 2-4% of the population attend a gospel/grace teaching church.  We know of about 300 Christian Churches in all of Utah for a population of 2,800,000 people.  That’s one Christian Church for every 9,333 people.  Most churches in Utah are 100 people or less.  There are less than 10 churches in all of Utah with congregations greater than 1,000.  It is highly likely that more people attend Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church on a weekend, than attend all Christian churches in Utah. If you want to know where the harvest is plenty, and the laborers are few, look no further than Utah.  Please join us in prayer for the people of this great state!
